Watson's Toronto Rebrand

Watson's Toronto is a fantastic bar at 388 Richmond St W, Toronto, that offers unique, flavourful cocktails, delicious small plates and amazing live music. When they decided to reopen in 2021, they wanted a new logo that drew inspiration from their original, but with a fresh twist. Keeping their original colour palette was important to their team, so I worked on new typography as well as incorporating a gold frame as they had requested. The bar features eclectic collages of classic art throughout, so the gold frame symbolizes a fun take on tradition. After many iterations, this was the version the team was most happy with. Below, you can see some alternate options I came up with.
